A seamless blend of Bordeaux varietals, this wine celebrates the notion that despite our vices and virtues, that which unites us is greater than what divides us.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

A wine created for the wine lover and aspirational wine drinker alike. Dark fruit with a hint of spice from its component varietals, finishing in a juicy and luscious aftertaste.

OENOLOGY

All varieties fermented separately in stainless steel fermenters, with twice daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation was completed in tank before barreling down.

MATURATION

Aged in 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels for 12 months before blending and bottling.

FOOD SUGGESTIONS

While beautiful as an apertif, Eternal Eight will pair well hearty tomato-based pasta dishes and rich stews.
